We offer FREE DELIVERY in the UK for all items except dangerous goods, and we attempt to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If there are any issues with the order we will email you within 24 hours explaining the situation.

Please note we use Royal Mail as this allows the most cost effective delivery and prices to remain low. However, deliveries may be delayed by Royal Mail if they are on strike

Please note that for Couriers and Special Delivery, the delivery time does not include weekends. For example, an order placed with "Special Next Day Delivery" on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
