Thank you for your recent purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply send your item back to us. Please follow the instructions below so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, at Christmas time, this policy extends to the end of January for all items purchased from 1st December onward.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labelled.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We do not accept items that are "end of line sale, none-returnable". We do not accept returns for items for sizing reasons, when dimensions and sizing has been provided in detail in the product description. We strongly recommend if you are unfamiliar with the product and its material, shape and size, you check it out in person first. We do not allow returns for items due to slight differences in colour, where we have specifically mentioned the colour may vary between batches.
As we are a small shop, we often only have one item of each size. If more than one of the same item is ordered, you are committing to buying at least one item so as to avoid us becoming a virtual changing room and losing our stock of one item, for it all to then be returned.
Further, gift cards and vouchers are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Unless we have made an error, or there is a product fault, we will deduct £5 for the cost of sale and admin, borne during our original delivery to you. We will seek to process a refund within 7 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless the item is being returned as faulty, or we made an error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we will receive your returned item.
